A real dental office runs across dozens of moments — a phone call, an appointment, an insurance answer, a clinical note, a treatment conversation, a claim, a balance, a callback, a return visit. When those moments don't share enough context, your team becomes the connection. People retype information, check separate systems, remember what still needs attention, and rebuild the story every time work changes hands.
Chairside was started to reduce that hidden work — without asking your office to abandon the systems, clinicians, or staff it already trusts.
What we believe.

- Chairside needs the system you already run. It is not being built to replace the authoritative clinical, scheduling, or financial record.
- Trust has to be earned.
- Sensitive workflows begin with visible review and correction. More responsibility follows measured evidence from your own office.
- AI should raise the value of your team.
- The goal is not to make people disappear. It is to reduce clerical reconstruction so your team can spend more time on judgment, hospitality, patient communication, and care.

What Chairside is not.
- Chairside is not a PMS replacement.
- Not a diagnostic AI company.
- Not a call-center business.
- Not a consumer dental marketplace.
- Not a custom-services company disguised as software.
Development is active. General availability has not begun.
Core platform development is underway. Chairside is validating its first PMS connection, refining the product experience, and preparing controlled practice pilots with dental offices willing to test the system in real operating conditions. Capabilities will be described publicly only as they are validated and ready.

Board-certified pediatric dentist. She owns and still practices in New Jersey — which means the product is judged against a real schedule, a real front desk, and a real Monday morning.

KJ leads platform architecture, PMS integrations, and Chairside's security program. His job is to make every connection narrowly scoped, dependable, observable, and safe enough for the workflow it carries.

Henna leads product definition and workflow design — how the day's work is represented, reviewed, and approved inside Chairside.
We're building with dental offices, not just for them.
