This site collects almost nothing.

Chairside Solutions ("Chairside AI", "we", "us") operates this website.

The short version

• No analytics of any kind, on any page.
• No advertising, no ad networks, no tracking pixels.
• No session recording and no heatmaps.
• No non-essential cookies, and therefore no cookie banner.
• No first-party JavaScript is sent to your browser.
• The only information we receive from you is what you type into a contact form.

No analytics, no advertising

There is no analytics product on this site. We do not count page views, we do not build a profile of you, and we do not know which pages you read.

There are no advertising tags, no ad networks, and no tracking pixels. Nothing records your session or draws a map of where you moved or clicked.

We do not sell or share information about visitors, and we could not: we do not collect any.

Cookies

This site sets no non-essential cookies. Nothing here stores anything in your browser to identify you, to remember you between visits, to measure what you do, or to advertise to you.

There is no cookie banner on this site. That is not an oversight. A consent prompt exists to ask permission for optional storage, and there is no optional storage here to ask you about.

No JavaScript in your browser

This site ships zero first-party JavaScript. Pages are HTML and CSS, and every interactive element on them is a native browser control.

The one exception is the spam check described below, which is third-party code, appears on the contact page only, and only when it is enabled. A script that runs on every build fails the build if any other script reaches a page.

What you send us through a contact form

The contact page has two forms: one for dental offices and one for practice management system vendors.

The practice form asks for your name, your work email, your practice name, and a description of the workflow you most want to improve. It also offers optional fields for your phone number, your role, the system you run now, the size of the office, your timing, and how you heard about us.

The platform form asks for your name, your company, your work email, a review category, and the next step you are asking for. Its optional fields cover your platform, your role, an existing application or ticket reference, and confidentiality status.

Required fields are labeled Required. Everything else you can leave blank.

We use what you send for one purpose: to reply to you. That is the entire list.

The form posts to a server endpoint on this site, which forwards the contents to us by email through an email delivery provider. Nothing is written to a database here. While the site is in pre-launch, sending may not be configured on a given deployment — when it is not, the form tells you plainly that nothing was sent and nothing was stored, rather than pretending otherwise.

We do not sell it, rent it, or use it for advertising, and we do not pass it to anyone beyond replying to you, except where the law requires it.

Your message stays in the mailbox it was delivered to for as long as the conversation may need it. If you want it removed sooner, ask us.

Spam protection

The forms can be protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a check that tells people apart from bots. It is configuration-gated: it appears only where a key has been set for the deployment you are looking at, and where none is set the forms submit without it.

When it is enabled, the check processes connection data — the IP address your request comes from and signals from your browser — to decide whether the submission looks automated. Cloudflare runs that check for us, so their handling applies to it. This is the only third-party code anywhere on the site, and it appears on the contact page only.

Server logs

Our hosting platform keeps standard server logs of requests to the site. Logs of this kind typically record the path requested, the time, the IP address the request came from, and the browser user agent string.

That is an ordinary part of serving a website. We use those records to keep the site working and to look into errors and abuse — not to study visitors.

Children

This is a business website, written for dental practices and for the companies that build software for them. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Your choices

You do not have to give us anything to read this site, and there is nothing to opt out of, because nothing is being collected.

If you have sent us an enquiry, you can ask us what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Tell us the email address you used so we can find the message.

Changes to this notice

We will update this page when what the site does changes. It describes the site as it is now, not what a product might do later.

When we run a product that handles practice or patient data, that handling will be governed by the written agreement with the practice — including a business associate agreement where one is required — and not by this page.
